Promoting Your GREMLIN
All sessions will be held virtually.
We all have that voice in our heads that shows up when we are stretching ourselves and playing BIG…call it your inner critic, imposter syndrome or your Gremlin. It sounds like some version of “I’m not good enough to….”. This voice was created in our younger years to protect us… and now it’s time that Gremlin to empower you as an adult. By understanding and promoting your Gremlin, you can transform it from a limiting inner critic to an empowering inner coach. This shift not only enhances your personal and professional growth but also empowers you to take bold steps toward your next journey. Join us to learn more about this empowering practice and leave with tools and techniques to support you on your path to success.
